Like most national sport organizations, the CIRSA does not plan to take a substantial, active role in the development, design and implementation of local programs, events, leagues, clubs etc. We would prefer to delegate this where possible. The CIRSA's main role in this area, is, therefore that of a facilitator. However, in the short term, while suitable infrastructure is evolving, CIRSA will involve itself, directly, in local undertakings and initiatives, with the expressed view of building a base for the future.
