Al Dawson put the dream of a Senior AAA team in Mississauga on paper and made it a reality. When answering the quote from the movie Slapshot, "Who owns the Chiefs?" Al Dawson's name comes to mind. He is the CEO - the "suit" of the organization. He was president of the MGHL for three years and tournament chair for seven years and co-chair of the Mississauga Worlds Committee. Al enjoys watching his daughter Cindy play hockey. He is married with two children, Cindy, an OAC student and son Gary, a student at Sheridan College. |

This is Tim's first year with the Chiefs but he is far from a rookie coach. He has coached an MTHL under 17 team, was on the coaching staff of York University's Yoemen and has coached the York University Yoewomen for the past four years. Last year the Yoewomen won the OWIAA championship under Tim's guidance. He runs several sports camps and programs during the summer. Originally from Montreal, Tim now lives in Oakville with his family. |

Like most hockey personnel, Chris Jones took up golf, but not as a hobby. He is a golf pro in Peterborough and is on the Canadian pro tour. Chris was assistant coach for the York University Yoewomen last year and was a key element in York's OWIAA championship. This is his first year with the Chiefs. |

Like Manastersky and Jones, John Rodgers is a welcome addition to the Chiefs. He is on the coaching staff for the Guelph University Gryphons women's team and has coached for several elite hockey schools. "JR" or "Johnny" is currently completing his MA in English and would like to continue coaching and pursue a writing career. |

Doug Foster will be a definite asset to the team this year helping with the administration of the team. He comes with plenty of experience from the Brampton Canadettes where he held positions on their executive as treasurer, rep director and director of player development. Through the years, Doug has also coached and managed various rep teams in Brampton. Doug is currently semi-retired and enjoys his family cottage. |

Lisa Carlesso, in her third year with the Chiefs, has been a physiotherapist and has worked in the field of sports medicine for seven years. She is an athlete herself having played for the Canadian national ballhockey team, and has played slowpitch, rugby, soccer and ice hockey. Lisa hails from Niagara Falls and currently lives in Milton. |

Mike Symonds is a gold mine. He works very hard to help the team with their equipment needs and to obtain sponsors. He never complains at any task asked of him. "The Body Guard" was an honour student at school, and was MVP in bowling. In fact, Mike is very knowledgeable about all sports. |
