1997/98 Sesaon Schedule of Events (Tentative)

Skills evaluation and academic records collection will be ongoing throughout the season.
October 15, 1997: submission of "Prospects Names" to Varisty Scouting.
November 15, 1997: first submission of Coach's Evaluation data.
Mississauga tournament, Scouting and Players/Parents information seminar.
March 1, 1998: final submission of Coach's Evaluation data.
Brampton Tournament, Scouting and Players/Parents Information seminar.

Prospects Weekend, Meet the Colleges/Universities, Seminars, Ice Sessions (proposed at Teen Ranch, Orangeville, Ontario).

The Varsity Seminars & Skills Evaluation Weekend

At the end of the 1998/99 Season, it is planned to have a weekend program incorporating on-ice drills & games, related educational seminars, and social activities involving players and College/University participants. It is suggested that Teen Ranch in Orangeville, Ontario, would be an ideal place to have such an event. This event would involve:

A Weekend Director
The Director's Administrative Assistant
48 Players
Coaches and Support Staff for 4 Teams
College/University Participants
