If you have not already done so, please fill out this Tournament Information Card before 4:00 p.m. EST on February 12th, 1999.
Each team will be assigned a host to assist them with information, directions to all facilities and advice on local eateries and city attractions.
The official hotel for the 1999 CIAU Women's Ice Hockey Championship is:

Room rates: $70.00 single, double or triple occupancy.
Reservations must be made by February 15, 1999 to ensure tournament room rate.
Quality Hotel is approximately 3 blocks from Varsity arena.
NOTE: Teams are not to contact the hotel until they have actually qualified.
Transportation will be provided for those teams, All Canadians and officials travelling to and from the airport. Flight information must be received by the host no later than FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 19th.
Accreditation, team packages and banquet tickets can be picked up in the lobby of the hotel upon arrival, Thursday, February 25th a.m.
All-Canadian biographies and headshots should be sent to Jana Jansons

(all-star etc.), and coach's comments.

Varsity Arena has a sports injury clinic on the west side of the facility, just steps from the ice surface. This clinic will be staffed by a certified athletic therapist throughout the tournament starting one hour before and after games and/or practices. Experienced student therapists will also be on duty throughout the tournament.
Therapeutic modalities available include:
Should more extensive rehab treatments be required, the David L. MacIntosh Sports Medicine Clinic will be available. It is located in the U of T Athletic Centre, a short walk from the arena. The clinic is staffed by sports Physicians and certified Athletic, Physical and Massage Therapists.

Sould visiting athletes require medical attention, the clinic is open
from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 9:00 a.m. to
5:00 p.m. on Friday. Outside of these hours, physicians will be on
call.

Done on campus (under garments and towels only). Uniforms will not be done.
Skate sharpening will be available for those teams who do not travel
with their own sharpener. Minor repairs can be made in short period of
time as there is a riveting machine and a light sewing machine
available.
Storage facilities for hanging and drying equipment between games and
practices will be provided in Varsity Stadium which is adjacent to the
Arena.
Computer access, including internet and study space will be made
available during the tournament.
