A portion of the proceeds from the tournament will benefit the Breast Center at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Allen. Dates: October 12-14, 2012 Location: Allen, TX, USA Divisions: Recreational, Competitive (B/C) USA Hockey Sanctioned: Teams are guaranteed four games. Entry Fee: $895 due by 9/21. First Come, First Served.
