THIS IS A USA HOCKEY SANCTIONED EVENT # TBA DivisionsU8 (Novice)U10 (Atom)U12 (Peewee)U14 (Bantam)U17 (Midget)U19 (Intermediate) Tier 1 and Tier 2 Brackets(Teams will be placed in appropriate bracket) November 27-29, 2009 $1075 USA Dollars ~ FOUR Game Guarantee! Compete against top level teams from the US and Canada. Last year included teams from Toronto, Chicago, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, Michigan, North Carolina, Wisconsin and more. Tournament games played in the state-of-the-art RMU Island Sports Center, home of the D-1 RMU Colonials; The Iceoplex at Southpointe, is the official practice facility for the Pittsburgh Penguins and Bladerunners rinks. ALL Teams MUST BE prepared to play starting Friday morning. Tournament Features and Policies: * ALL TEAMS MUST stay in the tournament hotels that TEAM PITTSBURGH has contracted. TEAMS will only be ABLE to BOOK their ACCOMMODATIONS through the TEAM PITTSBURGH hotel coordinator due to scheduling and arena proximity as based on the long weekend in place. ANYTEAMS found booking their own accommodations can be REMOVED from this event. ONLY ONCE a team has been Formally Accepted and Paid in FULL will their accommodations be made available to ensure each team has suitable accommodations. THIS Is a USA LONG WEEKEND and we have Secured ample Hotels for all teams attending this event! * Come Watch the Division1 Women’s Hockey: RMU Colonials vs. RPI at Tournament HQ Rink; Games Fri & Sat * All teams are Guaranteed FOUR games, FIVE games possible for some divisions * All Players must wear protective equipment according to their governing body’s rules. Final Rules will be posted on the site * All Sunday games (Finals and Consols) played to a WINNER (including OT and Shootout!) * Major US Shopping weekend – Biggest Sales of the Year – NO SALES TAX on clothing in PA!
