USA Hockey rules regarding age classifications will be followed. Entry Fee: $700 (U.S. dollars) per team, due with application. 3-game guarantee, plus championship game. Games will consist of 12 minute stop time periods. All teams and players must be registered with USA Hockey. Entry and Acceptance: Applications should be submitted as soon as possible, and are due no later than February 15, 2004. Application should be made by submitting a registration form and the entry fee. Out of state teams please contact the tournament director for discount. Full payment will be returned if the team is not accepted into the tournament. The fee covers team registration as well as spectator admission.The fee is non-refundable once your team has been accepted into the tournament. Teams selected to play will be notified as soon as possible.
