The Troy/Albany Icecats 15U-Tier 1 program will be hosting its annual invitational tournament January 10-12th, 2003 at the Icecats' home ice facilities located in Troy, New York. The program is in search of top tier 1 teams from the United States and Canada that are looking for superior competition, quality surroundings, and above all a lot of fun.
