Tournament Information

Announcing the National Peanut Festival Hockey Tournament in Dothan, Alabama.
                   
                   The National Peanut Festival Hockey Tournament will take place in Dothan, Alabama,
                   from November 9-11. 

                   Age brackets are based on a player's age on January 1, 2001. Divisions include
                   10U, 12U, 14U, 17U, Women's. Adult Open (Must be 18 or older). The cost is $375
                   before October 20; $425 October 20 and after.

                   Tournament Format
                   Each game is two (2) fifteen minute periods
                   3 game guarantee
                   (Abusive language and/or actions will not be tolerated, any teams or individuals not
                   adhering to USA InLine rules may be disqualified by the tournament officials with no
                   refund. Tournament officials will be headed by Mike Bunting from Florida.)

                   Awards
                   Individual awards will be given to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams in each age bracket.
                   A trophy will be awarded to the first place team in each age bracket.

                   $44.95 per room.

                   Opening ceremony Saturday, 10 November
                   Pro Shop area with great prices
                   Rockin' hockey music
                   Tournament program for teams (Info MUST be provided by team captain or coach prior to
                   November 5).

                   Other Amenities 
                   National Peanut Festival Fair and Parade
                   Entertainment, "Gap Band" on Thursday night; "K-Jams" on Friday night.
                   Thursday night, WKMX 2 For 1 Ride Night
                   Saturday - Ride-a-thon, all rides for only $12 from noon to 5pm.

                   Adventure Land Theme Park with bumper boats, batting cages, go carts, bungy racing,
                   two putt putt courses and large video arcade.
