The North Carolina Women's Ice Hockey State Champions, the Ice Cats, will be hosting their First Annual Women's Ice Hockey Tournament in Charlotte, North Carolina, on the weekend of December 11 and 12, 1999. The cost will be approximately $550 with a 4 game guarantee. At this time, the division offered is open rec.
