Cincinnati, Ohio Tournament The R.H. York Rising Stars, Cincinnati's 1st and only women's hockey team is pleased to announce our 1st tournament to be held the weekend of September 12th and 13th at Northlands Ice Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. This is a low "C", high "Rec" level tournament. Cost will be $450 per team and that will GUARANTEE 4 games.
