Re: Womens hockey tournaments Toronto Icebreaker Holiday Womens Hockey Classic December 26th and 27th, 1998 Toronto Icebreaker Easter Womens Hockey Classic April 2nd and 3rd, 1999. Womens Senior Recreational and Senior C divisions. Xmas--games played on Saturday and Sunday only. Easter---Games played on Good Friday & Saturday --no games on Sunday. All special scheduling requests accepted. Eight teams per divisions--top four advance to semi-finals, with winners advancing to finals. Recreational level is great for inexperienced teams. It has been the first tournament for a number of teams over the years. This recreational division will be divided into two levels, if warranted. The arenas are about 5 miles from the airport, and the hotels are within a mile of the arena. The hotels offer shuttle service to arenas and airport. Hotels are $90Canadian per night with four people to a room, or about $15 U.S. per person per night. We have had many teams from U.S. attend our tournaments in the past and we will do our best to make the trip as economical and enjoyable as possible. Complimentary passes to Hockey Hall of Fame, discounted rates on restaurants and on hotels. Entry fee is $475Canadian with discount for early registration. For more information, provide contact and fax number. Thanks Karen 416-948-9791.
