SUMMER MELTDOWN HOCKEY TOURNAMENT August 27 - 29 1999 Held @ Ice Sports Centre, Burnaby (The world's largest Ice Sports Facility, and the Canucks Practice Facility) 6501 Sprott Street Burnaby, B.C. Canada V5B 3B8 Womens' Divisions Info: Two divisions of 5 teams each (total 10 teams) Round Robin (4 games guarenteed) Top two teams from each division to semi finals Top team from each semi to finals. Possible 6 games. 75 minute games, 2 person referee system Player of the game MVP for all games ( and other stuff) ASHL rules (Adult Safe Hockey League) Major penalty for fighting will result in automatic suspension from the tournament. NO Exceptions Cost $650.00 Canadian plus 7% GST tax $200 non refundable deposit with registration - balance by August 15th 1999. We encourage and challange all USA Womens Recreational Teams to come to Canada for a good time and some fun competition. Our rink also houses a physio therapy clinic, gym, restaurant and bar,Canadian Figure Skating office (BC) and much more. A Men's Division tournament will run at the same time (Cash prize tournament).
