BEGoalies is a new wave of goaltending instruction in the Massachusetts area. The wave is a combination/hybrid style of the Finnish and Quebec butterfly. Camps are taught at an up tempo pace, that will force the goalies to improve rapidly as well as improve their overall conditioning. Taught from a local kid (Brian Eklund) that grew up in Braintree and moved on to play in the National Hockey League (NHL) for the Tampa Bay Lightning, and concluded one season with a Stanley Cup! During Summer Day Camps, students will enjoy the low goalie to instructor ratios (3:1) and 4 hours of ice per day during main camps. Also, they will enjoy being taught from someone who HAS played at the highest levels of competition, who wears his pads to show what he is looking for, and the fact that they will get a professional DVD at the end of the week with their personal clips from the week of camp!
