Hockey Lake Tahoe 2005 CONTACT: Mark Heidt (775-267-6399) or info@hockeylaketahoe.com Hockey School Confirmed for July 2005 NHL Great Bryan Trottier Returns South Lake Tahoe, CA—Bryan Trottier, NHL Hall of Famer, and seven-time Stanley Cup Winner will once again partner with South Lake Tahoe longtime local and Lake Tahoe Kids’ Camp Owner and Director Mark Heidt to run a first-rate hockey camp for children ages 7-17. Hockey Lake Tahoe will also be offering an evening Adult Hockey Session. The special hockey camp will be held in South Lake Tahoe this summer July 11-16, 2005. Hockey Lake Tahoe features hockey instruction, training, and conditioning daily at the state-of-the-art NHL regulation-size rink, The South Lake Tahoe Ice Arena and Recreation Center. Participants will have an opportunity to register in one of four different ability sessions: Novice to Intermediate players & goaltenders ages 6-16 years old Intermediate to Advanced players & goaltenders ages 6-12 years old Intermediate to Advanced players & goaltenders ages 13-17 years old Adult Novice to Intermediate players & goaltenders. Hockey Lake Tahoe offers participants an opportunity to experience some of the finest hockey instruction available. Individual attention will be given to all participants. Hockey Lake Tahoe is designed to teach, train, and condition each player and goaltender. On-ice instruction will consist of power skating, stick handling, passing, shooting, positional play, and team play. The level of play will be enhanced by participation in the most current efficient hockey drills and scrimmages available. The $249 ticket price for the Children’s Novice to Intermediate session includes six hours of hockey instruction with Bryan Trottier, a Hockey Lake Tahoe jersey, and an Awards Ceremony. The price is $649 per child for the intermediate to advanced week and includes sixteen hours of on-ice instruction with Bryan Trottier, a Hockey Lake Tahoe jersey and a Saturday Award Ceremony. Each Intermediate to Advanced group will have two separate on ice sessions each day. The Adult Session is $249 per participant and includes four and one half-hours of on-ice instruction with Bryan Trottier, and a Hockey Lake Tahoe jersey. Hockey Lake Tahoe is a daytime program only; housing is not included, but the following local hotel is offering a discount to Hockey Lake Tahoe families: Inn By The Lake (530) 542-0330.
