This camp is designed specifically for girls. Players will be broken up into groups according to their age and ability. Drills will stress proper skating, shooting, and game situation drills. Checking will be covered on and off ice. Off ice conditioning will focus on speed and agility. Each day, player will receive video analysis along with a "chalk talk" to explain the proper positions in hockey. 3 hours of ice each day. 1 hour of off-ice conditioning each day. Offensive and Defensive strategies. Advanced speed, quickness and agility taught on and off ice daily.
