July 13-19,2008  Summerland,BC/ Whistler,BC August dates TBA--/ Ages 8 and up- all skill levels- Beginner to Advanced/ 2.5-3.0 hrs of on ice per day-Focus is on fundmentals of passing,shooting and skating skills/power skating daily-offensive /defensive and team play skills.We also focus on a wholistic approach to the game of female hockey with off ice Fitness and Nutrition and other off ice lectures on Mental training and taking your game to the next level- Instructors are all involved at various levels of female hockey from rep to University and College.
