The Mount Royal Hockey School takes place at the Centennial Arena in Calgary. There are three weeks, Aug. 8-12, 15-19, 22-26. It is an all day camp going from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. Each day players get two 75 min. ice times, class room, 1 dryland, and 1 off ice skills session; twice during the week they go swimming. The groups range from 7 to 14 years. The first week has a girl's only camp taught by Tracey Luhowy a former member of Canada's National Team. Instructors are coaches from MRC and assistant instructors are college players.
