The Nancy Drolet Hockey School premiered in the summer of 1999. The camp was so popular that it sold out. The camp staff is bilingual, speaking both French and English to accommodate everyone.(Thank God!) Nancy leads a team of expert teachers on and off the ice. Two of those instructors helped Canada win its fifth gold medal at the Women's World Hockey Championships. Mai-lan Le was the on-ice instructor, and Kim St-Pierre instucted the goaltenders. The camp runs two weeks for all young female hockey players ages 5 to 22, with the option of overnight accommodation and meals available each week. The Elite Camp runs from the 31st of July until the 4th of August and has a cost of $260 including all taxes. The Development Camp runs from the 7th of August until the 11th and has a cost of $240 including all taxes. Accommodation is available at Le Pensionnat de Drummonville for an additional cost of $110 and includes: A five day and five night stay, meals, use of the gymnasium, and activities including television, videos and games. Le Pensionnat de Drummondville is supervised 24 hours by the hockey school staff.
