Program includes daily:
  - power skating - 1 hr on-ice
  - hockey skills - 1 hr on-ice
  - flow drills - 1 hr on ice
  - classroom instruction - 1 hr off-ice

Goaltending daily program:
  - power skating - 1 hr on-ice
  - fundamental skills - 1 hr on-ice
  - game situation skills - 1 hr on ice
  - special goaltender hour - 1 hr on-ice
  - classroom instruction - 1 hr off-ice
