The master's degree candidate at the University of Toronto computer science department also played in the 1994 Women's World Hockey Championships. Avid fan and talented player, Andria Hunter has competed with the Swiss and the Canadiens and in the 1994 Women's World Hockey Championships. Her Website is partially a photo album of her career and partially a kiosk of information about women's hockey in general. Check out the Women's University Hockey page for extensive links and information about hockey for women at the university level.In the early 1990s, Manon was the buzz word around here -- could she break into the NHL? -- but the field of prospects has since expanded and GEnie members continually add the names of their favorite female hockey stars to the list of women to watch. Women's collegiate hockey garners most of the topic's attention, but parents with daughters shooting pucks and protecting goals are here in force as well, as are their role models -- the female hockey players themselves.

Andria Hunters hockey page is one of the best sites out there for information on Women's hockey. Andria played on several gold medal winning championships for Canada.
