1996 Three Nations' Cup

Canada hosted the Three Nations' Cup Tournament from October 20-27, 1996. Three of the world's top teams competed at the tournament. This was a preview of the exciting women's hockey that is to come at the 1997 Women's World Championship, and at the 1998 Winter Olympics!

The following three countries competed:


Three Nations' Cup Schedule

Each team played two games against each of the other two teams. The two teams with the most points (Canada and USA) advanced to the final game on Sunday October 27th, 1996.
