July 10-11, 1999

I don't have all the details.  I think it was $80 per team last year
with a three game guarantee...although due to a forfeit my team only
played (sigh...ok...was slaughtered if you can call that playing) in 2
games.  The finish was exciting with a team from Minn. winning the
event.
