We're trying to come up with a list of women's (and girls) teams and/or leagues in the United States. If your team isn't listed, please e-mail me (rpaprocki@gatecom.com) with the team name, rink, city, state and contact person. If possible, please list an email address or street address/phone number for the contact person. I won't put addresses and phone numbers on the web page without permission.

This doesn't include Varsity programs, those are fairly easy to find from the University hockey page. If no age is listed, it is a senior team. Any younger teams please list age (ie midget).

1993-94 USA Hockey Female Registration

USA Hockey reports an increase in the number of amateur girls'/women's teams from 269 to 353 for the 1993-94 season. There are approximately 13,000 females playing hockey in the United States.

These are the numbers of girls' or women's teams that existed in each state. The categories are under-12, under-15, under-19, and Senior (open age).
