Women's Hockey in Ireland

Ice Hockey

The first Irish women's team is due to get under way during the fall of 1998. This team will include girls from UCC College in Cork and girls from Dublin. Talks are also underway about setting up a womens groverning body for the sport in Ireland.

Inline Hockey

The Dublin Tornados Men's In-Line Team team in Dublin, Ireland has two female members. One is a coach (Natasha Murphy), and the other is a goalie (Emer Murphy). Yes, these two women are sisters.
